Billy Joel chooses inMotion

inMotion studios is proud to have been selected to design a theatrical logo for Billy Joel's Maritime Pictures. We chose a theme very close to Billy's heart which was something of a risk. The ship seen in the logo is a digital replica of the Alexa, a ship which Billy designed and named after his daughter. We created a custom 2 stage rendering workflow to add a sketch/paining look to the digital model. Click here to view.
