inMotion Studios was asked to create an animated opening for the 2008 Los Angeles Film Festival. Working from the existing print branding we created a sequence to support this year’s festival theme: “The Audience is King” We combined 2.5D and 3D animation to create a journey across LA to Westwood’s Village theater the premier venue of the festival.
inMotion Studios was asked to create an animated opening for the 58th annual Eddie Awards. These awards honor excellence in film editing. Our concept transforms a film leader into a count-up to 58 with a nod to the Eddie award sculpture, and ends on the show’s title.
Twentieth Century Fox and Aamco came to us to create a set of co-branded spots advertising the DVD release of Live Free or Die Hard. We used elements from the Aamco campaign we designed earlier in the year, and combined them with elements from the film, and motion graphics to create a set of fast paced exciting spots.
Ultimate Boarder, the next generation of extreme sports competitions came to inMotion Studios for help creating their brand. We revised their logo to make it more dimensional, and we created a motion graphic version which expresses the three elements of the competition, surf, skate, and snow.
We recently completed a graphics package including main title design for the documentary film Join Us from Interloper Films. The film documents the true story of a group of people who get caught up in a religious cult. Taking cues from the film’s director we created a simple title evocative of the religious themes of the film.
We recently completed shooting and editing a promotional video for Zippi Networks. We shot greenscreen with NBC “Passions” star McKenzie Westmore and created a 3D virtual set for her background. The goal of the piece was to build awareness among customers, and the investment community about Zippi’s great Ebay selling system.
Going to air soon are a whole slate of national TV spots we created for AAMCO Transmisions. We worked with AAMCO and their agency to script spots based on their tag line concept “I Got A Guy”.After winning the campaign we scripted and shot 4 main spots, and created over 2 dozen different motion graphic segments showing their special offers. We then cut, posted, and delivered over 100 different spots in different lengths. We also scripted and produced almost 100 different radio spots for this campaign.
We’ve completed design and motion graphics for an ATT :60 spot promoting their new music-phone offerings. The spot was conveived by ad agency InterTrend and produced by Egomaniac productions.
